Social Europe

In a context of deep crisis, the Jacques Delors Institute is examining the notion of European solidarity and the effectiveness and limits of existing solidarity mechanisms within the EU.

It is also researching the future of social Europe more generally, by looking beyond the social effects of the internal market to the EU’s actions on employment and the ways in which European integration and EU policies affect national welfare states.

Vision Europe Summit 2017 : Winners and Losers of Globalisation

The Jacques Delors Institute takes part to the Vision Europe project, a consortium of think tanks and foundations collaborating to address some of the most pressing public policy challenges facing Europe.
