The Jacques Delors Institute is partner of the 12th European Summit of Strasbourg, organised by the European Center of Public Administration (PEAP), from the 20th to the 26th of November. Enrico Letta and Thomas Pellerin-Carlin, respectively President and Research fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute, intervene, the latter the 23th during a workshop entitled "Energy: How does Europe guarantee an access for all?"
